Any organisation that needs help improving its cyber security can benefit from CSaaS.

We have designed three membership tiers so you can match a package to the security threats and obligations you’re grappling with.

CSaaS is designed to be easy to use. You gain expert cyber security resources for an affordable, fixed monthly fee.

This enables you to benefit from our cyber-security strategy development, best-of-breed technologies, expert advice, monitoring, analysis, and information management services on a sustainable, long-term basis.

It depends on which level of CSaaS you choose. We offer three service levels: Starter, Premium and Professional. We’ve used our knowledge and experience in the sector to develop a trio of service options that will suit any organisation.

They range from an integrated service that includes all cyber security essentials and is ideal for small and mid-size businesses to a comprehensive service designed around the needs of enterprise clients and organisations operating in highly regulated environments or with complex compliance needs.

Please contact us if you are still determining the level of cyber security protection you need. Our team is always happy to discuss the different options for your organisation’s unique situation.

Our onboarding process is straightforward; it is entirely managed by CSaaS to ensure the smooth transition to a new cyber security provider.

When you sign up with us, there is a minimum contract period of six months. You will be assigned a CSaaS account manager who will work closely with you throughout this initial period and beyond.

We will undertake a detailed assessment of your current situation to identify all existing vulnerabilities.

The number of vulnerabilities we identify can vary significantly from organisation to organisation. Suppose we uncover a lot of issues that need addressing. In that case, we will work with you to develop a realistic plan that we can implement to balance the need to quickly upgrade your cyber security with the need to continue “business as usual”.

Unfortunately, cybercriminals constantly adapt and develop their attack vectors, and no organisation or user is ever completely safe. Plus, the potential for human error makes it impossible to guarantee you will never experience a problem again.

Nevertheless, using our service to boost your cyber security makes you far less likely to experience a problem. Research shows that even undertaking essential cyber security provisions can significantly impact your likelihood of experiencing a breach.

So, while we can’t guarantee that you will never experience a cyber security breach, we can ensure that by using our services, you will be in a better position to deal with any that arise. We will help you quickly identify problems, limit their scope, and respond effectively.

Significantly, if you operate in a highly compliance-driven environment, our service will help you demonstrate that you have fulfilled your obligations.

Our response will depend on the severity of the breach and the regulatory environment in which you operate. We will escalate the issue based on these factors. Our answer will be threefold: our monitoring services help with early warning and identification; our support team will immediately act to sandbox the issue and plug any gaps; and we will help you understand how to report the problem to all relevant authorities.

It is also worth noting that our services make a cyber security breach far less likely.

Our testing helps identify issues to be addressed before malicious actors exploit them. Our solutions strengthen your perimeter and internal network security and make staff more aware of the risks. Our monitoring services will detect any abnormal activity or cyber security breaches.

If you suffer a breach, we can respond quickly to limit damage. If data has been compromised, we will support you in restoring systems and data to pre-breach conditions. We will also assist with the necessary reporting to your regulators, including evidence about the cyber security measures you had in place, response times, identification and remedial action taken.

We hope you’ll be delighted with CSaaS.  Every team member works hard to ensure this is the case.  If you do have concerns, we invite you to speak with your account manager so that we can address them.

However, you are free to cancel at any time.

Because of the nature of the service, which often requires a lot of upfront work to get your cyber security defences up to scratch at the beginning, we do have a minimum six-month cancellation period.  You must give us six months’ written notice if you wish to cancel or downgrade the service.

If you wish to downgrade the service, we ask that you give us six months’ written notice before we implement the downgrade at the service level.  We have to do this because there is often a lot of work initially to get you up to the desired level of security and information management.

After those six months, we will downgrade the service and manage the cyber security of your entire IT estate at the newly downgraded SLAs.

It’s easy to upgrade your service – speak with your account manager, email us or call the main office number, and we’ll help you get the process in motion.

Yes, we do offer a referral scheme. Referral bonuses are available for each tier of service. Please speak with your account manager for more details.
